Jim Reeves Sings
🎡 An Old Christmas Card

β€˜Tis the season to reminisce and listen to our favorite Christmas records from yesteryear, like this classic Jim Reeves album, Twelve Songs of Christmas. The album was released in 1963, the last Christmas before his untimely passing in 1964. Gentleman Jim’s music was perhaps the purest, most quintessential example of what become known as β€œThe Nashville Sound,” and this record is no exception. (Which of course means the piano you’re hearing on the record comes from the fingers of Floyd Cramer!)
