December is here and, ready or not, the Christmas season is officially in full swing! Let’s kick off this first Monday of December with a holiday favorite from Floyd Cramer, from his timeless ‘We Wish You A Merry Christmas’ album from 1967.

And take a look at the festive Cramer family on the album cover! That’s Grandma Mary, plus my Mom Donna on the left and my Aunt Diane on the right. Mom remembers this photo shoot was in the middle of summer, and all of the gift-wrapped presents were empty. How did she know this? Because she and her sister opened them all, that’s how!! 🎁
