From Grandad’s 1980 Dallas album comprised of his unique piano renditions of TV theme songs, here his Floyd-Cramer-ized arrangement of one of the most famous TV themes of all time. This show was a little bit before my time, but even I know what question to ask when I hear this song… “WHO SHOT J.R.?”

(And one more bit of trivia… This was the final charting song of Floyd Cramer’s career, reaching the Top 40 on the Country charts in 1980!)

Summer is nearly upon us, which means it’s time once again for me to pay a visit to one of my very favorite places to play… Main Street Crossing in Tomball, TX!
