šµ Flip, Flop and Bop
Anybody up for some boogie woogie? Hereās a Floyd Cramer original, one of Grandadās earliest records, and one of my all time FC faves. And what do you think of this old spinet piano, which has belonged to the Cramer family for nearly 90 years now? Boogie woogie just sounds better coming from a piano with a little bit of ācharacter,ā donāt you think? This is the piano Grandad grew up playing as a child, and itās the piano he would have used when writing Flip, Flop and Bop and all of his early hits. If these keys could talkā¦

Celebrating the
5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
of The Jason Coleman Show!
Letās Rewatch Togetherā¦
Our Very First Sunday Showā¦ 5 YEARS LATER!
WATCH THIS SUNDAY, MARCH 23
at 4 PM CT on Facebook & YouTube
This Sunday, March 23, weāre celebrating 5 YEARS of The Jason Coleman Show! Our Sunday afternoon tradition began five years ago this weekend, on Sunday, March 22, 2020. (We didnāt even call it The Jason Coleman Show until weeks later!) Everyone was stuck at home during the early days of the pandemic, and we thought it would be fun to hop on Facebook Live and play a few songs on the piano to lift everyoneās spirits. Then, we decided to do it again the next Sunday, and the nextā¦ But Never in a million years could we have foreseen the musical journey that would be in store for us. What an amazing blessing our Sundays together have been, for 5 YEARS!
To commemorate our 5 YEAR anniversary, this Sunday, weāre going to rewatch our very first Sunday Show in its entirety! (Including 2-year-old Averyās first notes on the piano!) Be warned, the production value is zero (ha!) and itās a little rough around the edges ā weāve come a long way over the past 5 years and 115 episodes ā but whatās striking to me as I look back at this very first Sunday is that even after all this time, the heart of our show has not changed. Itās just our family and yours, sharing music and making memories, together.
THANK YOU for 5 YEARS of The Jason Coleman Show. Itās YOUR support that has made all of our music possible. The best is yet to come!
